Welcome to the 2014 eLearning Innovations (eLI) Conference and Expo! We hope you will be able to join us in Nairobi to contribute to the theme of this international conference: 21st Century Mobile Learning: Transforming Education, Employment, and Economies. This conference offers you exceptional professional- and business-development opportunities and a unique networking among diverse stakeholders from the corporate, academic, government, and the NGO sectors.
The conference will be located in the prestigious five-star Safari Park Hotel & Casino and with amazing sights and sounds of Kenya, full of life and gorgeous scenery for you to enjoy before, during or after the event. It’s all about 21st century learning – that is learner focused, accessible, and innovative. It will feature uses of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) to enhance learning. The rich-media presentations and speakers will feature Web-based instructional approaches (eLearning)* or mobile learning (mLearning) or a blended approaches (combination of various media).
Pre-conference: July 28, 2014
The Pre-conference workshops will take place on July 28th 2014. Click here to learn more and to submit an abstract to facilitate a workshop. These workshops will be delivered by eLearning experts. Workshops will be hands-on interactive sessions for those new to e-learning and those seeking to to understand the fundamentals of successful eLearning and to enrich their e-learning competencies at a deeper level.
Conference: July 29 – 31, 2014
The 2014 conference will feature 3-days of intensive learning and extensive networking opportunities. This international open Call for Abstracts/Proposals invites presenters to submit abstracts for presentations in the 2014 conference. Proposals will feature the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) for training/educational purposes. Presenters are encouraged to submit abstracts on the following key streams. Papers must be related to the theme and feature eLearning or mobile learning (mLearning) or blended learning.
